Description: When children engage in cooking they gain a lifelong foundation for healthy eating. Cooking provides so many great benefits for children. Social skills are developed through sharing and cooperation; early math skills increased by counting, measuring; spatial awareness is increased; and they use all their senses. This is a free program for parents with a child aged 3-6. Recipes made will be taken home, please bring along containers
